So tell me, just how much fun is it to have a niece or nephew to spoil and then send home? Especially when your sister* and her family are moving in three doors down and you can steal him/her away whenever you want?

Hurray! Being an aunt is awesome! Although, I don't see my nephews/niece nearly enough. Still when I do get to see them, I love it. You will too! I think for me it was especially fun, because they are all younger than my son. It was fun to suddenly have little ones around again. (They range currently from 1 1/2- 2 1/2.) I'm wondering how that might change with another one of the way for us.
