Nice interview! Somehow i missed your Picadillo recipe (maybe that was my pre-No Whey Mama days...). Where do you find olives without lactic acid them? My mom suggested olives for us but all the grocery shelf brands seemed to have lactic acid in them. I know lactic acid isn't always dairy derived but if it does not say "non-milk source" or "from corn" then I won't buy it. Thanks and congrats on the featured interview.
great interview. im proud of katherine too and i dont even know her.
btw: ive been meaning to tell you, last week i was typing out an email to a friend and i used the words "some way" in a sentence but spelled it "somewhey". i blame you for this. :)
Great interview and picture! Glad Bug could help with a recipe selection. We're on vacation now. I told my mother-in-law about Bug's reaction when he ate your Picadillo so she asked me to make it for dinner while we're here. Everyone I know will soon be eating this dish!

Grace--We just use olives off the shelf. K. has never reacted to the lactic acid in them.
ReplyDeleteTammie--Ruining grammar across the country, that's me.
Thanks again for allowing me to interview you! It was fun and I hope more people can find No Whey Mama because of it.
