Oh, yeah.
After some trial and error, we have found our dairy-free milk chocolate bar: Premium Chocolatier's Milkless Milk Chocolate. It has the mild flavor of milk chocolate, the creamy texture, and the meltability. And the chocolate is made in a dedicated dairy- AND nut-free facility. We are sold.
S'mores tested...
...kid approved. And adult approved.
I can't wait to try more of Premium Chocolatier's dairy-free chocolates. Like, NOW.

Stupid soy :(
ReplyDeleteThat looks delicious.
We usually use Enjoy Life brand chocolate chips for s'mores. And now I want one badly!!
I meant stupid soy allergy.
ReplyDeleteWe tried Premium Chocolatiers chocolate truffles very good!
ReplyDeleteMmmm...chocolate.
ReplyDeleteMmm I could go for a s'more right now!!
ReplyDeleteMmm...
ReplyDeleteI wonder what exactly cocoa nibs are...?
ReplyDeleteAlso, my word verification is "chiptart" which sounds like a yummy new kind of snack. In fact, I think that's the next recipe you should try making-- a milkless milk chocolate chiptart. Sound good?
this sounds great!
ReplyDeleteOh, how wonderful for you!
ReplyDeleteI totally agree. We got to try a Milkless chocolate bar at a Food Allergy Expo recently. Totally yummy!
ReplyDeleteI would like some chocolate now please.
ReplyDeleteGood to know! I will have to get some of those before we go camping next summer. Felt so bad for my kids being left out of the whole s'mores thing, although they were fine with marshmallows and graham crackers. Probably can't pull that off for too much longer!
ReplyDeleteWe're fans of Trader Joe's dairy free chocolate chips for cookies. =)
