The I Hate to Cook Book

FINALLY! Some wise person decided to rerelease my favorite cookbook of all time, The I Hate to Cook Bookby Peg Bracken.

And now that it's been republished, I should probably stop posting so many of her recipes.

An award and some salad dressing

I won an award. I'm sure it's because of my stellar blogging record or because of my hard-hitting salad dressing posts.



We've been getting soooo many greens in our CSA box, and I've been trying to get the kids to choke them down. We've had success with:
Ranch Dressing
Zippy Little Vinaigrette (scroll down)

Thousand Island (Thank you, Internet!)
1 c. mayo
1/2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sweet relish

Teriyaki Dressing from Guerrilla Cooking
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. teriyaki sauce
1 t. sesame oil
salt and pepper to taste
